Net+U

Shape a service that benefits YOU
At Net+U, we’re at the start of something new. We have deep experience in life sciences operations, design and delivery, but we’re not here to tell you what you need. We’re here to ask.
We’ve been part of site leadership teams, shaped facility and process designs, run global supply chains and delivered major capital projects. We’ve led improvements that made a real difference. We’ve also felt the weight of trying to do too much, without quite enough of the right kind of support.
We believe there is now a unique opportunity, driven by changing expectations, technologies and ways of working, to reimagine how professionals get the help they need to make meaningful progress in their roles, careers and projects.
We see the chance to:
-
Empower ambitious people on site and in functions to have greater impact
-
Create pathways for talented independent contributors, experts and academics to support that success
-
Help companies and sites become more responsive, reconfigurable and sustainably successful
Below are three very short questions.
They are designed to test our assumptions, begin to uncover what really matters, and explore where targeted external or independent support could help most - in ways that are relevant, valued and effective.
We would be very grateful for your insight.
If you’ve answered all or any of the questions above, you’ve already helped us hugely.
We pulled those questions from a larger survey that we loved, but it proved too long and complicated for most site visitors, so we changed our approach. One other aspect of that original survey that we particularly liked – and that worked well – was an importance–performance section where we asked respondents to rate how important eight themes were and how well each was currently supported. The basic idea is that if a theme is considered very important but current performance or support is weak, there is opportunity.
We have removed all the other parts of that original survey and kept just those eight “a & b” questions, where you pick a number between 1 and 5 for each. If you have another two or three minutes, you might find this short gap-analysis survey interesting. It is built on the Tally platform.

Our next initiative
While our initial focus has been on ambitious, change-driving professionals within companies, we are also preparing to explore how independent, skilled professionals might offer their services in ways that deliver real value.
We expect to launch a second set of short questions on this theme soon, and may also run follow-up queries to clarify or deepen insights from the change-driving professionals we have engaged initially.
In exploring this second theme, we hope to gain insight into:
-
How quality can be assured
-
How pricing structures might support and engage a client network
-
How individuals expect to be rewarded, especially when they contribute to early-stage market development and hope to share in longer-term success
If you have thoughts on any of these themes, or related ideas, we would love to hear from you.
