We believe there’s untapped value in external perspectives, especially in the Life Sciences sector, where career paths can be complex and nonlinear. NetPlusU is an emerging effort to surface those insights and help individuals reflect more deliberately on their journey.

From our early survey (small but telling), we’ve seen:
• Many professionals lack a formal career plan or rely solely on personal experience.
• Confidence in career trajectory is common, but may be based on narrow feedback.
• Career progression often stalls around Associate Director or equivalent level.
• A significant portion of VPs reached that level by switching companies.
These insights suggest a need for broader reflection and shared learning something we hope NetPlusU can support.
